Great job cheering at your first game!  

This week will be fun because we play Judge.  We only have a couple games each year where there are plenty of fans on both sides of the stadium.  Obviously Judge is a big one! 

We have all our home games over the next month.  That means every practice is crucial if you want to be included in halftime.  We have to clean and put together six performances over the next five weeks.  It is going to be a bit stressful and tiring in between performances.  We have never had a schedule so condensed with home games in the beginning of the season.  The second half of the season should be a breeze! :-)

Monday, August 20,  Practice from 6:30-8:30pm in the Aux Gym.  Wear the pink tank, custom bra, pink shorts, and white socks.  Make sure you arrive with your hair up and no jewelry on. We will start cleaning the pom dance for our next halftime.

Wednesday, August 22, Practice from 6:00-8:30pm We will start by supporting girls soccer from 6-6:30pm. Meet at the entrance to the stadium.  At 6:30 we will head over to the Aux Gym. Wear your navy t-shirt, charcoal grey shorts, white socks, cheer shoes, and your hair in a mid height pony with your charcoal grey bow.

Thursday, August 23,  JV Football game.  Call time is 3:30pm by the girls locker room.  You must be game ready by that time.  Wear your navy uniform, NO underliner, blue spankie shorts under your skirt, low white socks, white sports bra, new cheer shoes, and your hair in a slicked back high pony with the white bow. Do not forget your poms, a snack, and water. Girls scheduled to cheer at this game are Chloe, Karla, Zaira, Harper, Jackie, Emily O, Kaymin, & Tori. If you have an issue with attending your scheduled game you must find someone to trade games with you.  There are not enough cheerleaders to be able to miss anyone.  If you are not scheduled but would like to cheer you are welcome to.

Friday, August 24, Varsity football game @ Judge. This is always a fun game.  The middle school cheerleaders will be coming in uniform to help you cheer from the stands.  Call time is 5pm outside the south entrance.  The bus will depart within 10 minutes of call time. Wear your white uniform, no underliner, navy spankies under your skirt, low white socks, new cheer shoes, and navy bow. Hair style will be decided at practice. Don't forget your poms and water.  Chloe is assigned to bring extra water.  This does not mean you can show up without a full water bottle.  Extra water is to refill your bottle when you run out.  Lexi and Jackie are assigned to bring snacks.
It is school policy that all cheerleaders must ride to the game on the bus.  If you choose not to ride the bus back to JD you my go home with your parent, but only your own parent. 

Saturday, August 24,  Cheer pictures at Soaring Eagle Stadium.  Exact call time TBD.  It will be around dusk.  You must be present to be included in the official team photo. The cost is $35.  It includes a team picture, an individual picture in your uniform and a glam shot in an outfit of your choice. We use these pictures for the display case in the Great Hall and in the yearbook. You will be able to access the pictures digitally so you can print as many as you would like.  Please bring cash or make check out to Cole Hights. You will wear your navy uniform with the underliner for the team picture and individual uniform shots.  Your hair can be however you would like.
