Congrats Comp. team

Congratulations to our comp. team for taking 3rd at State.
Even though we were down 5 people and Shannon had to hop to her stunts, we really overcame our challenges and had a great showing for JD's first ever State Competition.
Next week we will be competing at the Expo Center in the UCA competition. All star teams compete in the morning and schools start around 2 pm. (so plan on spending the afternoon and early evening at the competition) The schedule will not be posted until Tues. or Wed. I will update the site as soon as it is posted.
We will need UCA medical release forms signed by each participant. You can go to www.UCA.Varsity.com and click on school/rec competitions you will find the link for the medical release on this site. PLEASE bring these signed forms to practice on Tuesday MORNING! It is too stressful collecting them on the day of the competition.
Also please note: Anyone who arrives after 6:05 on Tuesday morning (regardless of the reason) will stay after practice and condition with Xavier. DON"T BE LATE! We need the full time to prepare for next week's competition.
