Bonding Activity
We will have our monthly bonding activity this Saturday, your leadership is planning this for you and will get the info out this week.

Comp. practice-
Sat. at the normal time.
It is VERY IMPORTANT we have everyone attend in order to be ready in time for comp. when 1 person is missing we can not do our pyramids or all of our stunts.
You may lose your position if you are not in attendance. We only have 8 Saturdays left until we perform the routine in front of about 1000 people! Let's be committed and make our routine great! We have a ton of talent and I am excited for us to compete.
We will be ordering our uniforms this week, please make sure you have paid your $200 to Anne. It was due the end of last month.

Update for Kids Clinic

In my haste to get the flyer done, approved and out. The times got put in differently then the previous blog indicated.

THE OFFICIAL TIMES FOR THE CLINIC WILL BE 3:00-5:30 PM.

This will work out the best for the little kids at SJB and Angel Day Care. We will have cheerleaders go over to the school and escort them over to the clinic. We will begin checking in, stretching, playing games and will be doing activities until 4 pm. We will then start teaching the half time routine. (This will also allow kids coming from other schools some time to get to the school without missing the teaching of the half time routine while accomodating the little ones from our own school)

The flyer states 3-5 pm. We will let the parents know when they check in on Wed. that we will be going until 5:30. We will also need to get their t shirt sizes. Encourage the participants to sign up early to insure they get their requested t shirt size but, they can also just sign up the day of the clinic.

I have the feeling this will be a big fundraiser for us. It will be great but we will need every ones cooperation to make it work. The cheerleaders need to be dedicated, professional and plan on working hard at the clinic and the night of the game. If we all work together we can make it much easier for everyone, have a great fun clinic and earn enough money to buy all of the cheerleaders their sweats.

LETS MAKE IT GREAT!!!

Kids Clinic Info.

Please Read all of this! Lots of info for the kids clinic next week.

Flyers are ready and will be printed  tonight! You can pick them up Alexis tomorrow. Everyone should start with 5 flyers. ?You can make extra copies from the ones you recieve if needed.

If you get 5 girls signed up, you will pay for your cheer sweatshirt. (THEY MUST HAVE YOUR NAME ON THE FORM TO RECEIVE CREDIT)

All registrations we receive with out a cheerleaders name on them will have the credit evenly distributed to all of the cheerleaders who work the clinic.

The cost of the cheer clinic is $40 and there is a $5 discount for every child after the 1st.

$10 of the profit from each participant will go towards purchasing the cheer sweatshirts. We will also be offering cheer sweatpants. The cost on these will be $25. You can cover this by signing up more girls or pay for them. (sweatpants are optional)

Any credits you recieve over the cost of sweats will be credited to your account.

Clinic Days are on your calendar. The time has been changed to 3:30-6:00 to better accomodate the outside schools who may participate. check in and warmups are from 3:30-4:00

All leaderhship will need to plan on working both days of the clinic! (JV leaders will go to their game)
Soph & JV squad will work Wed. and Varsity squad will work Thursday.

Each cheerleader will be assigned a school. They will be assigned in groups of 4 cheerleaders. It is the responsibilty of these cheerleaders to call the school, set up a time to visit and leave flyers. (All schools react differently to us bringing flyers- Please ask each school what they will allow you to do. i.e visit classrooms? hand out flyers to kids as they leave the building? leave flyers in the office and post one on the door? whatever they will allow you to do)  ALWAYS go in your full uniform and look and act VERY professional. We will get a much better response if we look and act like respectful cheerleaders.

Assignments for schools will be posted by tomorrow morning.

Encourage them to get their registrations in early to insure they get their t-shirt size.

White spankies

LAST CHANCE TO BRING IN YOUR WHITE SPANKIES!!!!
If you don't get them to Anne by this Sat. then you will have to pay $20 to purchase the new pink ones we will be getting for our breast cancer fundraising night.
