Kids Clinic Info.

Please Read all of this! Lots of info for the kids clinic next week.

Flyers are ready and will be printed  tonight! You can pick them up Alexis tomorrow. Everyone should start with 5 flyers. ?You can make extra copies from the ones you recieve if needed.

If you get 5 girls signed up, you will pay for your cheer sweatshirt. (THEY MUST HAVE YOUR NAME ON THE FORM TO RECEIVE CREDIT)

All registrations we receive with out a cheerleaders name on them will have the credit evenly distributed to all of the cheerleaders who work the clinic.

The cost of the cheer clinic is $40 and there is a $5 discount for every child after the 1st.

$10 of the profit from each participant will go towards purchasing the cheer sweatshirts. We will also be offering cheer sweatpants. The cost on these will be $25. You can cover this by signing up more girls or pay for them. (sweatpants are optional)

Any credits you recieve over the cost of sweats will be credited to your account.

Clinic Days are on your calendar. The time has been changed to 3:30-6:00 to better accomodate the outside schools who may participate. check in and warmups are from 3:30-4:00

All leaderhship will need to plan on working both days of the clinic! (JV leaders will go to their game)
Soph & JV squad will work Wed. and Varsity squad will work Thursday.

Each cheerleader will be assigned a school. They will be assigned in groups of 4 cheerleaders. It is the responsibilty of these cheerleaders to call the school, set up a time to visit and leave flyers. (All schools react differently to us bringing flyers- Please ask each school what they will allow you to do. i.e visit classrooms? hand out flyers to kids as they leave the building? leave flyers in the office and post one on the door? whatever they will allow you to do)  ALWAYS go in your full uniform and look and act VERY professional. We will get a much better response if we look and act like respectful cheerleaders.

Assignments for schools will be posted by tomorrow morning.

Encourage them to get their registrations in early to insure they get their t-shirt size.
