THIS WEEK
I hope you all enjoyed your break and got some rest because  this is going to be a very busy week.  Practice the tryout dance to Vogue tonight before practice tomorrow.  We do not have time to reteach and clean it.  Please review all sidelines and basketball cheers.
We must have 100% attendance for comp this week! Please remind and encourage the boys.  Comp practice will continue to be every Monday and Thursday all the way through comp season.

TUMBLING

It has been very difficult to find a team tumbling time this year. It is important to continue to find classes to work on tumbling on your own time.  If you have a goal to make the silver squad/ comp. team next year I suggest you start working now.  Tryouts are in 4 months and we are looking for jumps to a handspring and running tucks. There are many places to take tumbling classes but if you are interested in going to UXC below are their tumbling times and cost.  You may not put outside tumbling classes on your JD team account.  Please pay for them separately.  Thank you! 

UXC Classes

Tues. Level 1 & 2 = Working on getting a handspring

4:30-5:30pm the cost is $10

Tues. Open tumbling (all levels)

8:30-10pm the cost is $10

Thurs. Level 3-5 = Working on tucks or above

4:30-5:30pm the cost is $10

Thurs. Open tumbling (all levels)

8:30-10pm the cost is $10

Monday, Nov. 27

Silver/Comp Practice 6:00pm-7:15pm Girls only.  We will rework the comp dance because of having to remove a person from 6-6:30pm and then set halftime 6:30-7:15pm.  7:15pm-8:45pm All team members work comp stunts.  We will review changes from Thursday and continue to work the new stunting combinations.  We only have tomorrow and Thursday before our first competition. The outcome will be determined by how hard we work this week to get it all put together. WE CAN NOT MISS TEAM MEMBERS AT PRACTICE THIS WEEK! Free Dress! Avery and Emily S. Please bring your warm up coat to practice.  The new coats with the correct striping has arrived. PLEASE BRING YOUR PERMISSION SLIP FOR THE COMPETITION IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY HANDED IT IN!

Navy Squad practice 6:30pm-8pm.  If you are new to the team bring your warm up coat next Monday to exchange it for the one with the correct striping. Free Dress!
Tuesday, Nov. 28
Boys Basketball game.  Silver squad and navy squad members who are subbing up.  5pm call time.  Uniform and hair details will be decided at practice on Monday. Subs will be determined at Mondays practice.  Know the tryout dance!
Wednesday. Nov. 29
No practice unless we do not get done what is needed.  Make sure you are practicing at home so a practice does not need to be added.

Thursday, Nov. 30
Navy squad practice with Coach Kara 3:15-4:30pm meet outside the girls locker room. Free Dress!
Silver/Comp 7-9:15pm @ UXC We need 100% Attendance.  Wear your white shirt and navy shorts.  The white shirt is being handed out on Monday.
Friday, Dec. 1
Boys basketball game against Judge. Call time 5pm.  Silver and navy girls who are subbing up. Hair and uniform will be determined during the week.
Saturday, Dec.2
First competition at Cottonwood High School.  All team members must ride the bus!!!  Call time and compete time will be announced when USA sends the info out. GO JD!!! Let's qualify for nationals!
