Two items have been added to our calendar below. Cheer pictures on Sept. 24 and the make up safety clinic on Oct. 7. This clinic is mandatory for any cheerleader who did not attend in the spring. It is a requirement for all school cheerleaders in Utah to attend a safety clinic yearly. The State of Utah Risk Management Department puts on the clinic and governs this requirement.
Please remember you need to be caught up on your payments to both JD and UXC along with having Register My Athlete complete to be eligible to cheer at games.
Kory did not get the past due UXC balances to me last week. I am hoping to receive statements this week. Once these go out they will need to be taken care of ASAP to be eligible to cheer.
Just another reminder that absences from practices and events affect eligibility to cheer at games and perform in halftime performances. One absence from a practice, event, or game equals one quarter per absence of sitting out of the following game. Not being at practice when a halftime is set may result in not participating in the halftime. This is due to safety concerns and time constraints.

Tuesday, Sept. 5
Both silver and navy squad will attend the JD girls volleyball game. Your call time is 6:00pm in the great hall. Wear your teal shirt, navy shorts, low white socks, and cheer shoes. Your hair may be down. We are observing and learning how to cheer at a volleyball game. Future games will be split up amongst everyone.
Wednesday, Sept. 6
Practice in the Dance Studio 6:30-8:30pm
Wear your navy tank, gray shorts, and white socks.
Bring your poms
This is the last practice before Fall Fest

Call time for silver squad is 5:00pm in the stadium to space on the turf.
Make sure you have eaten dinner. Bring plenty of water to last you throughout the game. Wear your gray cheer shirt to school for game day if you are cheering today. Navy Squad members are not required to attend this game.
