Make sure you eat before you arrive and bring plenty of water.  Bring money to get dinner in Cedar City.  Instead of lunch lets have our people signed up for food bring healthy and fun snacks along with water and a drink alternative for the trip to and from Cedar City.  Sara A., Adi, Avery, and Kiaya are signed up for food.
Arrive in full uniform with underliner on. Make sure you have all your cold gear.  Don't forget to put a plastic trash bag in your cheer bag so you have it to protect your cheer bag in case of rain.
Captains will send out hair instructions in the GroupMe.
