Are you ready for football season?
Please read blog carefully and look for your squad. Starting this week practices will be held at different times.
It is very important as a student athlete that you learn to manage your time well from the first day of school. Make sure you are completing all your assignments, arriving to class on time, following all school rules, and being kind and inclusive to your peers.
Absence from a practice or game will result in sitting out a quarter of the following game for each practice or game missed. Missing a practice that sets a halftime will result in not being in the halftime.
I received an email from Chris Long our athletic director stating no athlete is allowed to continue participating in any sport without a completed physical. If I gave you forms last week that need to be filled out please have them completed and bring them to your next practice. Failure to do so will result in sitting out until they are turned in. Thank You!

Meet outside the girls locker room
Wear your grey shirt, pink shorts, and pink bow
Silver practice 6:45-8:45pm in Elementary Gym
Wear the same outfit as Navy
Wednesday 8/17
Silver practice 6:45-8:45pm
Meet in the Great Hall
Wear your White Tank with the navy and grey track shorts
Thursday 8/18
Navy practice 3:10-4:30pm
Wear your white tank with the navy and grey track shorts
Silver no competition practice this Thursday
Friday 8/19
Silver call time is 5pm in the Great Hall.
This means 5pm game ready.
Make sure you eat before you arrive. Bring plenty of water for the game.
Captains will groupMe out hair and uniform details this week.
Navy meet at 6:30pm in front of the stadium
Wear your navy cheer shirt and jeans
Saturday 8/20

Tumbling/stunting at UXC 9am-12pm
Silver squad attendance is very important!
We need to complete the competition routine choreography!
Both squads wear your UXC camp shirt and pink shorts
Have a great first day of school!
