State Basketball Tournament @ SUU
If our basketball teams win their games this week they will travel to Cedar City for the State playoff games. This means the cheer team will also travel to Cedar City to cheer them on. They will play on both Thursday and Friday. If they win they will play on Saturday in the championship game. It is mandatory for all Navy squad members to travel and cheer at this tournament. Silver squad members are encouraged to travel and cheer at the State Tournament then continue on to Las Vegas for Nationals if it is possible. Kara, Mackenzie, and myself will be at the tournament coaching and chaperoning all three days. All cheerleaders who attend will be school excused.
We have rooms reserved for Thurs. and Fri. night at the La Quinta Inns & Suites in Cedar City. It is a new property that is only 2.5 miles from SUU.
