Jan. 6th-11th

Mon. Jan. 6th:
Tumbling
6-7 Beg.
7-8 Int.
8-9 Adv.
(IF you are on comp team AND you have passed off your tumbling on the hardwood with a coach, then you only have to attend the comp team tumbling classes. Make sure you double check with your coach)

Tues. Jan. 7th:
Hip Hop practice 6:00-6:40 a.m.  (You will get your costumes) BE ON TIME!!!! We need the practice!
ALL team practice 6:40 a.m. - 7:30 a.m.  BRING your binders (don't forget or you will receive an infraction)
Wrestling Match 7 p.m. (Coach Kenz) (Everyone with infractions must cheer this match. Anyone wishing to get extra points for tryouts may cheer at this game. Just let Coach Anne know.)
Hair down,  wear your cheer uniform with navy dot socks and navy dot spankies.  bring your travel pants and jacket.  Arrive READY at 6:30 p.m.

Wed. Jan. 8th:
Comp practice- 6:05 a.m.-6:45 a.m. Single Basing and Baskets with Zak.  ALL Boys and ALL flyers.
6:45 - 7:30 a.m. ALL team. Work on pyramid and tumbling timing.


Thurs. Jan. 9th:
JV and Varsity Practice 6:05-7:10 a.m. Practice for Gatsby routine.
Leadership meeting 7:10-7:20 a.m.
Birthday breakfast 7:15-7:35 a.m.
JV squad: Girls Basketball game vs. Tooele 7 p.m. (Coach Kara) READY at 5:45 p.m.
Dinner at 5:15 p.m.  (schedule will be sent to parents) 
Wear uniform no underliner. Hair in high pony w poof. Silver Dot bow, low white socks.

Fri. Jan. 10th:
SOPH. squad: Boys JV Basketball vs. Hillcrest @ Home 5:15  p.m.  (Coach Josi)  READY at 3:30p.m. (you need time to work on the Gatsby routine)
Dinner at 3:00 p.m. Lapsys  Snack for Halftime- Hansen (Just water and a small snack)  
Wear your uniform with underliner. Hair in high pony with poof. Silver dot bow, low white socks.
VARSITY: Boys Basketball vs Hillcrest 7 p.m. (Coach Anne & Tracie) 
READY by 5:30 p.m.  Dinner at 5:00 p.m. (schedule will be sent to parents)  
Wear uniform no underliner, Hair in high pony with Gatsby poof and squad bow. Tall cheer socks.  Navy sparkles for eyes. 

Sat. Jan. 11th:
Comp practice 8-12  (The coaches and captains have elected to have an extra practice instead of competing this week in order to prepare for our upcoming month of competitions in February. We want to work really hard for the next 3 Saturdays and be AMAZING when we step on the competition floor again. We have an awesome team and want to make this the best comp team we have had so far, for all our Seniors and for the rest of the team that will not get to compete with them again after this year.  We need Everyone to FULLY commit to EVERY practice, Be ON time and come ready to work hard in order to achieve our goal. It will be WELL worth it when you all feel super confident when you hit the floor and feel AWESOME once you finish the year off  being the best possible team you can be!!!)
