Here is the Paperwork I need from ALL New cheerleaders.

This paperwork needs to be turned in at Sat. tumbling classes in order to attend the safety clinic.
(if you were on the team last year, you do not need to fill these out again at this time)
Don't forget to bring you balances current in order to receive your bag and clothes for the safety clinic. These will be handed out on Sat. at your tumbling class
