Cheer Car Wash Donation Sign Up Sheet
We still need old towel donations and a case of Sprite if anyone is willing to donate these items.
Thanks to everyone who is donating.
June schedule
We will have a combined tumbling class for those who are in town on Saturdays from 11-12
(Please make sure you text Coach Anne at least 2 days before tumbling class if you are going to be out of town or will miss tumbling.)
These classes will be held at Xtreme Cheer Gym and will cost $5.00
June 1st
June 8th
June 15th
Summer practices start on June 18th. 8-11 a.m.
June 19th & 26th- Beginning and Intermediate tumbling will be from 11-12
June 20th & 27th- Advanced tumbling will be from 11-12
Cost is still $5.
You will be getting tickets to sell for the car wash on Tues. You may pre sell these tickets. Camp wear costs will be due the day of the car wash. June 22nd.
You will sign up to work the morning shift or the afternoon shift. Sign up sheet will be at practice on Tues. 18th.
Please check the donation sheets to see what you need to bring. Please bring donation the day of the car wash only. It is too hard for the coaches/volunteers to collect and transport all of the donations.
*The spot of DAD can be filled in with Uncle/Grandpa/Brother/Mother if needed. :)
Please remember that practices and tumbling classes are Mandatory and unexcused absences will be given out for missing either one. (We only have 3 weeks and 1 day of practice before Cheer Camp and we need everyone to be ready!) :)

Practice schedule for last Extravaganza practice:
6:05-6:20: Hip Hop team
6:20-6:45: Comp Team
6:45-6:50: Seniors
6:50-7:00: Leadership
7:00-7:10: All squads (Danielle's dance)
7:10-7:20: Varsity
7:15-7:20: JV
7:20-7:25: Sophomore squad
BE ON TIME!!! we need to run through these quickly!
Wednesday: 5/8
Extravaganza!!!!!! 7-8:30 PM in the Main Gym. Tickets are $10 each (proceeds can be credited to new cheerleader accounts to help pay for warm ups. Please make sure you tell everyone who is coming to put your name on their ticket. ONLY tickets with names will be credited.)
JD students are only $5 with student ID.
Schedule:
All Cheerleaders arrive at 4:30 p.m. to help set up mats, etc.
5:00- Start practice. (we will run through all of the performances)
6:00- Cheerleaders get changed and ready.
6:30: Doors open for seating
6:45- Everyone READY and in the gym to help with seating, tickets, selling raffle tickets, etc.
7:00- Start- (Cheerleaders will all sit on the floor in front of the mats while not performing.)
What to bring/wear:
All Last years squads- Uniform, cheer shoes, tall socks, Navy spankies, Hot Pink Spankies,
(If you still have a pink jersey- bring it!!!) Squad Poms
Varsity- Large White Bow
JV- White and Silver bow
Soph.- Teal Bow
Comp.- Comp uniform and bow
Hip Hop team- Hip hop outfit (sweatpants, glitter high tops, t shirt, white sports bra
Brand new team members- Safety clinic outfit.
Everyone will wear their hair in a high pony with a poof. No bra straps showing, no jewelry, hair bobby pinned and hairsprayed.
Please make sure all of your donated items have been turned in to Ann Kruse for the baskets.
This is how we make enough money to cover renting the mats and to pay for all of the prizes and gifts for Extravaganza. Your support insures this tradition will continue!

10:00 a.m.: Intermediate (must have both standing and running Handspring by yourself.)

Saturday: 5/18:
Tumbling classes (same as above) Travel gear/warm ups payment is due. You will receive a statement showing how much you still owe after any applied credits from Extravaganza.
You will receive your warm ups today if your account is paid up.

Here is the Paperwork I need from ALL New cheerleaders.
This paperwork needs to be turned in at Sat. tumbling classes in order to attend the safety clinic.
(if you were on the team last year, you do not need to fill these out again at this time)
