Please pick the poses you would like for your packet and contact Tara by e mail or phone. DO NOT order them off the website. You need to call her or use the e mail address info@mountainhighportraits.com. Include your name, phone number and address and which pictures you have chosen. (Team and Squad pics will be chosen by the coaches)
Go to www.onlineprophotos.com put in JD and August 25 2012 click on select and then the password is JD. If the site is experiencing problems just sign up with your e mail and you will get a notice as soon as it is working again. They are experiencing some difficulties with their new downloads.
Sorry it took her longer then expected. She was in a car accident over a week ago and it set her back.

Friday
Varsity:
Please be at the school at 4:30 to eat dinner as a team. Don't forget your $5. Mrs. Mendez will be bringing Fettucine Alfredo, Spaghetti, Salad and Breadsticks.
If you are not eating with the team please be there by 5 in your uniform. Hair done in high pony with messy bun (Anne can do messy buns if you need her to) Mrs. Naccarato has made us cute Flowers to wear for our beach theme night. You will get these and your tattoos when you get there.
Be READY to practice at 5:15. No underliners, low white no show socks, Nicole will be checking for jewelry and it will be kept until next week if you have it on after 5:15- (This is a huge safety hazard and we could be grounded for having jewelry on) White Bra- NO bra straps showing (unless you would like to wear your underliners next week)
JV and Soph.:
Please meet Kara in the Great Hall at 6 pm. Ready!! (uniforms, you are encouraged to wear beach themed items) You will need to set up a table outside of the stadium for the kids clinic check in. You will also need a table for the T-shirts. Please check in the girls, give them their T shirt, Hawaiian Lei and put a JD tattoo on them. Remind the parents to keep their children until 5 miniutes left on the game clock in the second quarter and then bring them to you in the south end of the bleachers. Also, parents are not allowed on the field. You will take the kids back to the bleachers after halftime. After ALL of the kids have been picked up, you can change and just be part of the student section.
Movie Night will be at Coach Anne's house after the game. Bring $5 for Pizza. We will have drinks.
Bring a blanket to sit on the lawn.

Kids Clinic Info.
Kids Clinic for Football
(Info. Page)
1) Cost for
participants in the clinic $40.00.

Will include 2
day session with cheerleaders
·
Pictures will be
posted online for parents

Includes a clinic

2) Credits for
cheerleaders
·
Cheerleaders will
receive $10 of the proceeds per cheerleader form with their name on it. (up to the full price) to be
used towards the purchase of cheer sweats. (extra's will be disbursed evenly through team)
·
Forms without a
cheerleader name on them will all be lumped together and the $10 from each will
be evenly distributed to all of the cheerleaders who worked the clinic. (to be
used for their sweats)
3) Working the Clinic
·
Soph. & JV
squads will work first day and Varsity the next. Leaders should work both days.
·
Soph & JV
squads will sit with the participants in the bleachers and then bring them onto
the field for half time. You may not leave until ALL of the participants have
been picked up by their parents and you have given them the paper with the
website for their pictures.
·
Parents will drop
off and pick up the participants at the South end of the home side bleachers.
(NOT on the field) Check in will be outside the stadium. Participants will pick up their T shirts upon check in.
4) Leaders will
choreograph appropriate material for their assigned age group. (music will be picked
by them and approved by Coach Anne)

SJB cheer team will be choreographed by Alissa.
5) Preparation

Coach Anne will
order all of the needed items and price out sweats.

Leaders get
choreography done for each squad. Get musis to Alissa by Tues. night (either on CD or by email) She will cut all of the music into one song.

*Our last years Sophomore uniforms and a large number of cheer skirts from our uniform closet will be on sale to anyone wishing to purchase authentic JD cheerleader merchandise. The uniforms will cost $50 and the skirts only will cost $20 (which can be worn with the clinic Tshirt) Only the Sizes we have on hand are available. Garments can be altered to fit smaller girls (from an outside source) Anyone purchasing the cheer uniform items can wear them to any of our kids clinics for performing.

Optional Parent Merchandise Order Forms will be given out.
Cheer Papers Due!!!!! You will need all of your paperwork turned in to be eligible to cheer this week.
Cheer practice from 6:05-7:00 a.m. (I am letting everyone go early to get ready for pictures)
We will have someone who is filming at this practice so please wear your Navy Shirts with your Navy spankies and white shorts so we can make sure we look professional. Hair can be worn down since we will only be working on dances but NO jewelry.
7-7:10 Leadership meeting- we will briefly talk about the kids clinic and our bonding activity this week.
Varsity- If you are one of the leaders making up the kids clinic dances-please have the dance choreographed and ready to teach along with the music either on an mp3 player or CD. (music should only be 30-40 seconds long)
You will need to have your music on a CD to give to Coach Alissa or e mail it to her for cutting.
Beg. & Int. Tumbling: 6-7 pm in the high school. $6
Wednesday 22nd:
Cheers Practice from 6:30-7:20 a.m. (Mandatory for all cheerleaders who are new to the program this year) Optional for everyone else. Makaelee Naccarato will be teaching the cheers this week.
Kids Clinic Fundraiser- 3-5:30 pm for all JV and Soph. squad members. (Varsity Leaders should attend both days) Meet in the Great Hall by 3 p.m. IN UNIFORM, low white socks, cheer shoes, no bra straps showing, no jewelry. Hair can be worn however you want it as long as it is neat.
Comp. Stunting Practice- Xtreme 8-9:30 p.m. this is Mandatory. (No money needed, the $10 we pay on Saturdays will cover both)

We will be working on our game day material.
You can wear whatever you want but no jewelry, hair up and no spaghetti straps. Wear spankies.

Please review your cheer rules to make sure you are game day ready and will avoid extra conditioning.
You WILL receive a tardy if you are not READY to practice at 5:15.
