Wear your UXC camp shirt, black shorts, white socks, cheer shoes, and your white bow.
Wednesday 6/28
Practice @ JD in the Aux. Gym 5-8:15pm
Wear your navy tank top, gray shorts, white sports bra, white socks, cheer shoes, and silver polka dot bow.
Friday 6/30
Tumbling / Stunting @ UXC 1-4pm
Wear your teal shirt, navy shorts, white socks, and cheer shoes.
If you did not already pay off your past due balance with Kory last week please make sure you have it for him today to avoid any over due charges.
JD had team tumbling three times in June.  If you are not on credit card please bring $30 today to cover your June tumbling expenses along with any past due . Thank You!

Monday 6/19
Strength training with Coach Gee, Coach Mackenzie, and Coach Tracie in the JD weight room 5:30pm - 6:30pm.  Please make every effort to attend. You will get stronger and have a chance to win a prize.
Please bring water and sunscreen to practice on both Tuesday and Wednesday.  I am trying to find space inside the school to practice but the Suzuki music camp is this week and takes up the whole campus.  We may be outside so please come prepared.
Tuesday 6/20

Win  a gift card :)
During the break if you are in town please try to come to the strength training sessions.  They are quick and will help you strengthen your body to lower the risk of injury and improve your overall skills.  Each session you attend this week your name will be put in a drawing for a gift card. At the end of Wednesday's session a name will be drawn.  After this week your name will be entered every Monday session that you attend and a drawing will occur after every two strength training sessions that are not part of our regular practice.
Monday 6/12
Strength training with Coach Gee, Coach Mackenzie, and Coach Tracie in the JD weight room starting at 5:30pm.  You are free to leave when you are done with the workout that has been set up for the cheer team.  It took 45 minutes last Wednesday to complete all the sets.

Practice 5-8pm @ JD 
Some of the uniform sizes from the fitting look off.  The coaching staff would like to double check them. Please wear your uniform from last year if you were on the JD or SJB cheer team. This will allow us to see how it fits and compare it to what is listed from this years fitting. Bring your teal top, navy shorts, white socks, and cheer shoes to change into for practice.  Your uniform will be ordered this Wednesday if you made your second payment of $200 that was due May 16th.  I can not wait any longer to place the order or the uniforms will not arrive on time. If you have not made your May 16 payment please bring it today so your uniform will get ordered with everyone else.  Thank you!
