Request for Cheer at the Lacrosse Game
We have had a personal request from the Lacrosse team and their moms.
They have a big game against Judge this Sat. at 4 pm and REALLY want us to attend.
We could try to be on the field doing general cheers or just sit in the stands and cheer them on.
Either way would be in uniform (hair down)
Our Saturday morning is pretty full but I told them I would ask the team and see if we could get enough girls to volunteer to come to the game. We would need at least 6 to make it work, preferably 8-12. If we have at least 8 we can perform at half time as well.
We would need to meet at 3:15 pm to clean whatever dance we want to do for half time or just meet at 3:50 if we are not doing half time.
They would be VERY happy if we could make it and it is nice to have teams be thankful for having us attend.
Please text Coach Anne and let her know if you are available and willing to do this game on Sat.
(any squad member is welcome)
Thanks for ALL you do! I really appreciate all of you!

Safety
Note to all my cheerleaders and parents:
There have been a few disturbing events lately and in light of these, I am going to ask that everyone please make sure you are going in and out of the building with at least 2 other people at all times. Be mindful of anything suspicious and please don't hesitate to inform your coaches or the school if you have any concerns.
Parents: Please make sure you watch your students go in the building and have them wait for you inside until you come to pick them up. Encourage them to stay in groups if they drive themselves. Even if they are just running out to their car to grab something.
I am sure most all of you have heard the disturbing local news from this past weekend and we also have a former student of JD who has mental problems that has been stalking one of the dancers. The school is working with local authorities and the dancers parents to insure her safety and we have been promised extra drive by detail from the Draper P.D. both early in the morning and after school gets out and later at night. Please just err on the side of caution to insure your safety.
Please feel free to text or call me if you have any concerns. Coach Anne
